All good, just took me a while to figure out if it was covered for accidental damage. Excess is £75 for my £530 laptop. I suppose that's fair.

Extreme rude customer service and rubbish company
I took this insurance a few months ago I thought maybe it was a good company they charge so much for the protective devices but when you make the claim the customer service is so rubbish mind Case my wife lost her phone we made a claim once we claim take almost 1 month and end of the day the rejected with the stupid reasons when they do assessment they call my wife and ask what happens how did happen all that rubbish then they ask me to send all documents and I provide all the documents and then No update till 3 weeks when I called them for update they said we ask you more documents if you need any documents then why didn’t contact me and then making stupid excuses there is no any phone calls emails tried to contact you unless if you contact them if the delay the blame you for everything I will never recommend this company please do not use this company for your devices to insure just waste of time waste of money end of the day they reject your claim totally rubbish they don’t even deserve one star but I had no choice
